• This rental is the private first floor of the owner's part-time home, not the entire building
• The owner may occasionally stay on the separate upper floor

• Both staircases and the upper deck are off-limits to guests and pets
• No children under 10 years old

Walk about 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to restaurants and coffee, or 5 minutes to the Longleaf Greenway Trail. Bike rentals are also just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the area on two wheels.
Getting Around:
This is an easy area to explore on foot or by bike. Walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, restaurants and coffee in about 5 minutes, and bike rentals in about 4 minutes. The Longleaf Greenway Trail is also about a 5-minute walk away. Driveway parking is available when you want to venture farther along 30A.
Other Things to Note:
• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home’s contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.
• Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida’s warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.
• Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July–November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.
• Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We’ll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
• Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Shared laundry facilities are available for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.
• Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.
• Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
