The house provides spacious accommodations for up to four guests with eat-in kitchen, dinning room, living room, screened in patio, private courtyard and garden. IT IS ALL ON ONE FLOOR. Bed linens and bath towels included. Amenities include dishwasher, washer/dryer, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, off street parking for two vehicles and use of the grill.

The Bungalow at Linwood is located on a two-acre historic estate in downtown Summerville with a beautiful garden and walking paths around the property that are open for guests to explore. There is a main house and three detached guest houses on the property. The Bungalow is the house in the middle at the end of the driveway.
