This two bedroom, two bath townhome features LVP flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings and walls of windows letting you be surrounded by the beauty of Seabrook Island. You will be captivated by the massive moss draped live oak villas just beyond your windows. Enter this open floor plan and "dive" into relaxation mode. The great room has comfy furniture, a 50" Smart TV, and plenty of space to kick back. Catch a "wave" while relaxing on the leather sofa. Notice the unique wallpaper showcasing this space. The dining room sits just off the living area. Sit here and feel you are dining amongst the trees. The glass topped table seats six and additional seating for three can be found at the breakfast counter. As the saying goes "it is 5:00 somewhere," whip up some beach beverages at the bar cabinet. In the gourmet kitchen you will find new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and granite counters. Cooking in this space will not seem like a chore. The kitchen window looks out to the front deck. You can enjoy dining on the this deck at the 6 seat table. There are two chaise lounges for sunning with a good beach read. The main floor of the town home has the guest bedroom. Rattan accented bed frames and a trifold screen lend a "cabana" feel to the room. This bedroom has two Queen beds and a 36" TV. Head out the sliding doors to the front deck. The bedroom has access to the full hall bath, with tub/shower combo. Detail is not lost in this bathroom. The artistic wood slatted vanity has a quartz top. The same wooden detail carries to the oversized round mirror. Beautiful sea salt colored tiles finish this space.
