Enjoy tennis or pickle ball right outside your door, or take advantage of two swimming pools, one of which is heated. Perfect for your dog with a dog run next to the tennis/pickleball courts or a public dog park to let your four-legged family member socialize while on vacation as you relax. Enjoy the charm of live oak trees in the secluded back yard right from the balcony. Grill/BBQ right outside the building under the shade of a live oak tree with picnic table.
