You must be at least 25 years old to book our cabin, this is an insurance requirement, not our requirement. We are excited to host you and ensure your experience is nothing short of wonderful. About Our Cabin
Our spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury cabin is designed with comfort in mind. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom create an airy atmosphere, while the lower level bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath offers added privacy. Whether you are gathering with family or taking a well earned getaway, there is plenty of space to relax.
Safety and Comfort
• For your safety, we have fire and carbon monoxide alarms on every floor, monitored by a security system connected to local emergency services
• Enjoy eco friendly climate control with our Wi Fi enabled AC thermostats located on the main floor and master bedroom
• Stay connected with high speed Wi Fi, the password will be provided on check in day
• Security cameras monitor outdoor entry points, ensuring your safety, please do not tamper with them
Living and Dining
• The living room offers a large TV for your favorite streaming services, bring your login details to enjoy personalized entertainment
• Gather around the spacious dining table with seating for six, plus extra seating at the kitchen counter for 2 to 3 guests
• The fireplace is an electric heating unit with a remote control to turn on and off

• Upper Level, the master suite boasts a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, a 70 inch Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom
• Kids Room, features bunk beds suitable for children under 150 lbs, adults please do not climb on the ladder
• Lower Level, private queen bedroom with a 40 inch TV and Amazon Firestick for your streaming enjoyment
• Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with starter supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Starter pack toiletries will be provided in each bathroom, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner

• 8 foot pool table room with all accessories, pool sticks, rack, and chalk
• Home theater room with live immersive surround sound system
• Karaoke machine and Bluetooth speaker linked to the home theater, or connect to your phone or iPad, please do not remove the speaker
• Xbox Series X game console, you will need to log in with your subscription, two rechargeable controllers available
Outdoor Spaces
• Relax on two large private decks, perfect for soaking in the views, enjoy the screened in upper deck or the lower deck with a hot tub and seating area
• A park style BBQ grill is available, please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid
• Please remain on designated areas like the driveway or decks for your safety, do not wander onto the mountain
• ChargePoint electric vehicle charger available for 20 dollars per day, message us for this option
Hot Tub Enjoyment
Our hot tub is freshly cleaned and maintained for your arrival, perfect after a long day of hiking or exploring. Please follow posted guidelines for your safety and comfort, we strongly advise against allowing children under 13 in the hot tub.
Respecting the Neighborhood
We ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, if a relaxing getaway is what you are after, this is the perfect spot.
Additional Notes
• Smoking, vaping, and pets are not allowed to keep our cabin fresh and comfortable for all
• We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles during winter months from November to March for safer travel on mountain roads, travel insurance is highly recommended during this time
• Keep food and drinks secure to avoid attracting wildlife, bears are beautiful creatures but best admired from a distance

Guest Access:
Cabin has an electric keypad with custom guest entry codes. Guests will be provided the code 24 hours prior to check in. The code to access the property will not be active until 4pm EST on the day of check in.
PLEASE DO NOT touch or move the cameras as they are positioned to view all entry points to the cabin. Also, DO NOT move furniture inside our outside of the property as this will damage the floors and furniture.
CHECK IN/OUT:
Check-In is at 4PM EST and Check-Out is at 10AM EST. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we CAN NOT offer early check-ins or late check-outs. This helps ensure that our cleaners have ample time to have everything deep cleaned and sanitized for the next guests.
The Neighborhood:
- Roads are paved all the way from Wears Valley Road to the cabin, no scary or slippery dirt/gravel roads. Please note that upon entering the property from Buckeye Knob Way, it's an upward sloping road. The property entrance is on the left side of the road and there will be a gate at the driveway entrance. If you are not used to mountain driving, the winding slope switchback roads getting up to the house may be a little intimidating at first, but by the second time, you will be a pro!
- Paved driveway with ample parking space to comfortably fit 4 vehicles.
- As with any other mountain cabin, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary in the winter months if there is snow and ice on the roads (although snow and ice are not common in the area). In the summertime, any vehicle will work just fine.
