Positive: The staff was kind and helpful. The lobby and bar decor were beautiful and created a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

Negative: The hotel is definitely overpriced. This is an older hotel that has been renovated. The rooms were nothing special (on par with any decent chain hotel with slightly better decor). The air conditioner in our room was never able to get the temperature below 70. I was really expecting more for 350$ a night. Couple that with the exorbitant prices at the in house restaurant, and one night in a mediocre room with a forgettable dinner cost over 700$.
