THE MAIN FLOOR:
- Our lakefront home boasts sweeping views and a generous open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen and an island for family and friends to gather around.
- Off of the kitchen is the cozy living room/dining room with a beautiful stone fireplace and seating for 12. Enjoy a meal or games around the large dining room table with impressive views.
- The large sunroom has magnificent views of lake Nottely and also includes a stone gas fireplace and a television with streaming capabilities.
- The 1st Bedroom (Master), with an impressive view, has a queen sized bed Roku TV, private master bath with a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. Also located off the kitchen is a 2nd spacious Bedroom that has a queen sized bed Roku TV and a full bath.
THE DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL:
- A second kitchen makes this home perfect for multi- family stays The fully equipped downstairs kitchen is open to more living space with another gorgeous fireplace,
and streaming television. The second floor opens to a large covered patio, with a generous amount of seating and a gas grill. Perfect for just hanging out!
- The roomy 3rd bedroom, downstairs has a king sized bed,Roku TV, full bathroom and lake views.
A 4th quaint bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a lovely view of the lake! And finally a bunk room with 4 bunks for the kids!
- The downstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub and is a perfect place to rinse off after playing in the lake all day!
ACCESS TO THE LAKE:
- The covered porch welcomes a gentle walk through the yard to the Single Slip aluminum, covered dock. Bring your own boat, jet ski and water toys or rent from multiple marinas on the lake. We also provide Kayaks for your use. We have a great location on the lake just a few minutes from town.
GENERAL:
Free WiFi, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, iron/board, hair dryer, trash bags/paper towels, gas grill, 4 kayaks, central heating & air conditioning. Stroller, crib, pack n play, playpen and bassinet also available upon request.
