DESCRIPTION
Bring your favorite people to Eagle’s Perch, our family-owned mountain chalet in the wooded Biltmore at Lodestone community near Deep Creek Lake.
Built in 2026, the house brings everyone together beneath soaring wood ceilings and two stories of windows. Gather beside the great room’s stacked-stone gas fireplace, prepare meals in the full kitchen, and settle into three floors of comfortable living space.
Outside, enjoy a private seven-person hot tub, a wraparound deck, and a covered deck with a gas fire table. Spend evenings around the stone fire pit or cook together on the Weber grill and Blackstone griddle.
Downstairs, the game room has an 85-inch TV, two arcade cabinets, a wall-mounted bag-toss game, and a combination poker and bumper-pool table. A second gas fireplace, wet bar and large sectional make it an easy place to spend the evening.
We own and host the house ourselves. When you contact us, you’re talking directly with the family who looks after it.

The house is not lakefront or ski-in/ski-out. Guests may use the community’s Lakeside Park for shoreline walks, fishing with a valid Maryland license, and relaxing by the water. Swimming and boat launching are not permitted at that park.

ACCESS & MOBILITY

There is no fully step-free entrance. About 20 feet of grass separates the driveway from the rear ramp. The ramp is 37 inches wide between its handrails and leads to the covered deck. The dining-area slider opens over 40 inches wide and has a 5½-inch step into the house.
The lower-level slider has a threshold just under 1½ inches, but reaching it requires going down and around the house from the driveway. The driveway and parking area are gravel.
The main-floor shower is not roll-in. Portable grab bars are available on request. Contact us before booking so we can help you assess whether the house suits your group.
DOGS
Up to two dogs are welcome, maximum 50 pounds each. One flat pet fee per stay covers either one or two dogs.
Dogs must be well-socialized, stay off the furniture, and be securely crated whenever left alone. Please clean up after them outside.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with starter supplies of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels. Larger groups and longer stays may need to replenish these supplies.
The kitchen includes cookware and coffee-making options. Guests use their own streaming accounts on the smart TVs.
