This two-bedroom, 2.5 bath villa overlooks Braddock Cove providing beautiful marsh and tidal creek views from the patio and is a great vacation spot close to beach, waterside shopping, dining, and activities at South Beach Marina Village. This picturesque marina, one of the closest to the Atlantic Ocean and resembling a little New England style fishing village is home to the famous Salty Dog Café. The Port Villas are also close to the South Beach Racquet Club and beach access.
As you enter the villa a bright, airy open floorplan greets you. You will encounter a dining room first that comfortably seats six. A step-down leads to the living room with a glass patio door up front and center giving a peek to the scenic water views that surround you. The living room has Cable TV and a sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a master suite with a King featuring a balcony with stunning views of Braddock Cove and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. Guests staying at the Port Villas have access to the South Beach Marina Pool which is open seasonally. Pool Season: April 1st – October 31 (weather permitting).
