Great location within walking distance of golf, fitness center, pool, tennis, playground, and much more! The large deck allows an amazing view of the golf course and the mountains, including the second highest point in Georgia.

The sun sets behind the mountains in front of the house three or four hours before dark so you can spend the evening on the deck enjoying a beverage, feeling the cool mountain breezes, listening to the musical chimes from the chapel, and enjoying the beautiful view.

Our home features a main floor with two master suites separated by a large great room with high wood beam ceilings and a stone fireplace. One suite has a king-size bed with a private bath. The other suite has a queen size bed and a bath that opens into the bedroom with a door into the hall, so it becomes a private bath at night.

Both suites and great room have sliding doors that open to the deck. The great room has a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a small table and chairs to play games, set up your laptop or whatever else you wish.

The lower level has a large multi-purpose room with two queen size beds, a twin size sleeper couch, a 50' TV with all the connections for video games, a sitting area and a full bath with shower. A sliding glass door opens to a lower deck.

There is plenty of room in the bedrooms and multi-purpose room to set up the two included rollaways for additional sleeping. Come enjoy our home, visit the many beautiful sites, go shopping in nearby Highlands N.C, hike to the observation tower on top of the mountain or to the waterfalls here in Sky Valley, play golf, tennis, swim in the pool, work out in the fitness room or just sit back and relax.
