This is a unique three-pod style house in a quiet neighborhood offering the best view on Marco Island. This home is not on a canal, but on a scenic body of water known as Sanctuary Sound, a nature lover's paradise of playful dolphins and shy manatees. Each morning and evening watch as hundreds of tropical birds fly over the water in V formation.
The living room opens via sliding glass doors onto the screened lanai area with a large pool, hot tub, tropical plantings, and outdoor seating. Beyond the lanai area, there is a path to the private dock, where you can catch fish in your own back yard.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and large eat-in living room. Each of the three pods has its own large master suite with full bath and king sized beds. There are two additional twin bedrooms with bath. Four bedrooms have panoramic views of the water and all have TV's. There is a two car garage with complete laundry facilities.
