A bright front door welcomes you to a bungalow built in 1900 for the foremen who worked at the textile mills; these historic mill buildings can be admired from the house and porch. The home boasts 2 king-sized beds, original heart pine floors, 9 foot ceilings, a glass shower enclosure, dedicated workspace, two 32" smart tvs, washer/dryer, a fenced-in backyard, and large front porch with swing. Most nearby streets are populated with duplexes which are home to many students and young professionals.
This space is a centrally-located spot for parents visiting their kids at school. Cook a meal in the well-stocked kitchen (heavy gauge non-stick cookware, baking sheets, Pyrex bowls, Keurig single-serve with pods), help with laundry in the stackable washer/dryer, or gather in the warm living room (leather couch and velvet curtains) to connect and celebrate birthdays, graduations and holidays.
