Cottage has full detached air conditioned game room that includes 65 inch TV, poker table, air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard and more. Double decker dock located in a huge cove with big water. Dock has kayaks, paddleboards, water mat and life jackets for all sizes. Backyard is flat and open so play a game of cornhole, wiffleball or football with our boards, bats, balls and bases. Only 25 minutes to Clemson University, less than 1 mile off of I-85 and boat ramp is in back of neighborhood. This home has fun for all.
