Very spacious - 2 decks to sit and listen to the sounds of water flowing below.

4 bedrooms, 4 baths, loft, and lower level with full 2nd kitchen, game room, large flat screen tv, pool table, air hockey and foosball. Hot tub and grill and cook out area on this level. Can access lower level as well without going thru main floor. Fun, fun, for all. Perfect for the kids, and teens to be away from adults for a little peace and quite. Gas stove for heating, ceiling fans, and portable ac for your weather needs.

Walk in the main door you step into Heaven itself. Wall of special custom windows invites you into the beauty of the mountains with a wall of trees and river rapids below. Granite counter tops on kitchen counter and island. Gas fireplace, open beams, hardwood floors. To the right is the master suite. King size bed, large flat screen TV, with master bath. Portrait fireplace over jacuzzi tub, large glass and tile shower, small walk in closet. Warm comfortable carpet on bedroom floor, tile in bathrooms.

To the left is the guest wing. Queen bed, carpet, and flat screen TV for guests to enjoy. Small laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest bath with jacuzzi jets and shower.

Take the large stair steps up to the loft where the king size Log Bear Bed awaits you. There you have a shower in the full bath.

Take the staircase down, you have another full bath, bedroom with queen bed, game room, and mud room and a beautiful 2nd kitchen. Open the doors and you are on the entertainment deck. Seating at patio tables for 12. Gas grille, ice cooler, sofa and chairs for your cook-outs. Hot tub and plenty of seating for all.

Open outside firepit on main level to roast hot dogs and enjoy the smores. For full outdoor pit cooking we have large supply of firpit cooking ware and utensils. Here we also have charcoal grille and smoker.

Ideal for large families, or couples sharing. Dish TV, and wifi internet for your needs provide. Room for 12 with air mattress and smaller children. Ask if over the 8-10 occupancy.
