★Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed ONLY.( NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS of any kind.)
★Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
★Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per per in addition to the pet rent fee.
★There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.
