The main-level bedroom opens directly to the rear yard, where you'll find an outdoor shower and a private 10x15 heated pool, plus a lovely screened-in porch with seating—perfect for people-watching, sipping a morning coffee, or winding down with an evening drink. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with quartz countertops, a five-burner stovetop, and is well stocked for home chefs. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms—each with an ensuite—provide plenty of space for everyone. For even more fun, the recreational room offers comfortable seating, a TV, game table, bar, and foosball, making it an ideal spot for family hangouts.
The location is hard to beat: 2 State Rd sits just half a block from Rehoboth Ave and only a quick 15-minute walk (about six blocks) to the famous boardwalk and beach.
