This 4-bedroom home is just steps from the beach access. It's so close, we figure it's about a 90-second walk. With no roads to cross, it's great for families with small children, or kids old enough to wander back from the beach by themselves for a snack, bathroom break or nap.
The renovated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, and comfortable living area are ideal for large family gatherings. Check the bed configurations to see how a large group will fit in. But the most unique features are the bathrooms. There is a half bath in each bedroom. Plus there are two showers and a full bath. The design might seem odd at first, but renters have been raving about how well it works.
There is even more sleeping in the oversized upstairs loft-consider it like a fifth bedroom. There are twin beds and the room doubles as a children's getaway area.
Every year, the owners undertake another renovation project and are constantly updating and improving for their guests. An island favorite for years.
