Positive: Staff was very helpful.There were 3 of us and was given towels and wash cloths for 2 people. Called and ask for another set the 1st day. Front desk said housekeeping would leave some,but didn't. Had to call again and front desk person brought up some. 2nd time asked for 3 towels and washcloth still didn't bring them and pick up dirty ones.

Negative: Breakfast was a hard granola bar and a small cup of coffee.Add on website was very misleading. Breakfast included. What kind of breakfast was that. Door wouldn't lock by itself when we went out. Was not aware of that so when we left for the day our room was not secure.

Summary: Other than the staff,our vacation was awful. Won't be staying there again.
