Freshly remodeled and decorated, every inch of the space is brand new. A very comfortable and relaxing oasis to come in to from the hustle and bustle of Queen City life! A wooded view backyard area for guests and their pups is a treat.

The front and back doors are secured with deadbolts and we have video surveillance security cameras in front and back to make your city stay safe! You have a freshly paved parking area right up to your door that is dedicated for guests only.
Owner and manager not on premises, so you will have full privacy. We are always available first through the platform, we recommend using the app during your trip. You may reach out by phone if it is urgent, but we always respond to the platform within 15 minutes or less unless its after hours.

You will be in the 2nd unit of four units all the way on the right. The door and mailbox will be marked both with an C and a 3.

✓ Every Thursday is trash day and recycling is every other week. We kindly ask our guests cooperation in bringing the bins curbside from the back for pick up if your stay falls on a Wednesday.

✓ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
✓ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out is $50 per hour.
✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If you will be bringing a 3rd dog, there is an additional fee of $50. Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.

Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% for the amount that was already paid and amount that will be refunded, regardless of the cancellation policy. (3.99% for the initial payment and 3.99% for the amount that will be refunded)
