The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials – fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishware and more! A quaint dining area can accommodate up to four people, and we've got complimentary coffee and tea waiting for you.

The apartment features a clean and convenient full bathroom with a combined tub and shower. Fresh towels, linens, and a hair dryer are provided. To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

Up close to the Center of Charlotte! You can arrive form the airport in under 10 minutes. Head to the Bank of America Stadium in the center of uptown in 10 minutes or dine at out South End in 8 minute. You will be in the 3rd unit on the left, of four units. The door and mailbox will be marked both with a 2 and a B. You'll have access to the entire unit. You will also have access to the backyard for your pups to enjoy. 2 bedrooms are upstairs.

The front and back doors are secured with deadbolts and we have video surveillance security cameras in front and back to make your city stay safe! You have a freshly paved parking area right up to your door that is dedicated for guests only.
All guests receive a unique code which only works during their stay, so you never have to worry about security, and you can enter at anytime with self check in.

We'd like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.

★ Must be at least 21 years old.
★ Shoes off inside the property.
★ Every Thursday is trash day and recycling is every other week. We kindly ask our guests cooperation in bringing the bins curbside from the back for pick up if your stay falls on a Wednesday.
★ Our payment processor charges us 5% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 5% regardless of the cancellation policy.
★ No parties, illegal substances and undeclared guests.
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out may cost $30 for every 30 minutes.
★ $40 pet fee applies to the first dog and additional $20 for each additional dog *** Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number dogs during the booking process.
Our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules.
> Keep off all furniture and bedding
> Must be house trained
> Pick-up and dispose of all waste
> If your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements

Safety:
★ Security cameras and floodlights in front and back.
★ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway, and one camera facing the backyard. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation. All cameras are at the front door and backyard for the safety of ourselves and our guests.
