Welcome to 241 High Dunes, a newly built five-bedroom, five full bath, and two half bath luxury retreat in the coveted Ocean Park community on Kiawah Island. The house looks out towards the Ocean Course across the marsh to the third hole and has spectacular sunrises over the ocean. Designed with elevated coastal style and clean, modern lines, this home blends contemporary architecture with relaxed seaside living - and is located less than a 5-minute drive from The Ocean Course and it's beach access.
Sun-filled interiors and expansive windows frame beautiful views and create a bright, airy feel throughout. The open-concept living space flows seamlessly for gathering after beach days, while curated finishes and a soft coastal palette keep the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances and a large island ideal for casual meals or evening cocktails. Each of the five spacious bedrooms includes a private en-suite bath with spa-inspired details, and two additional half baths add extra convenience.
