Summary: Staff is always nice. My room didn’t smell clean had a lingering awful smell from previous people staying in our room. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable can feel the springs. The room was clean it just didn’t smell clean. Also went to attempt to swim pool looked very dirty and cloudy . The spa was the only clear and clean looking place to be in. The indoor pool room was hit AC was either off that day or not working it felt like a sauna. I have stayed at best western primar for years I enjoyed the friendly staff and the hotel always smelled clean and has been the cleanest BWP. I felt very disappointed with this stay.
