Located within 5 minutes of downtown, and 2 minutes from The Club at Lake Sinclair & Dollar General and the remodeled Bass Boat RampThis is the perfect spot for a getaway or staying in town for an event. The house can sleep up to 6 adults (2 queens and 1 king size bed). Perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining on the deck or dock. Nice fire pit for with seating all around. Excellent views of the water and nearby sandbar for hanging out on the water, across from an island with beachfront space- perfect to boat or kayak over to for afternoon fun. There are lots of amenities you'll find you may need for a short-term stay, including a pack-n-play to lighten your packing load. Additionally, for the hot-natured, or white noise lovers we have large floor fans in each room! Itβs a quiet area with big water views. Enjoy the space with kayaks and paddle boards on site.
