Per Palm Coast Ordinance 2025-01, guests must sign and return our Short-Term Rental Agreement, sent via Vrbo message, within 24 hours of booking and no later than 1 hour before check-in.
Maximum occupancy is 12 persons, excluding children age 3 and younger.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, disruptive noise, and smoking or vaping inside the units, garages, or screened porches are prohibited.

• Two exterior video doorbells, one at each front entrance, covering the respective entry areas only. No indoor cameras.
