This property is situated in a suburb-like subdivision within the city but features the convenience and accessibility of the city! Only about a 10min walk or 2min drive away from the nearest Metro where you can access almost every part of Washington, DC and many parts of the surrounding tri-state area! Wish to drive? Downtown National Mall is only about a 18-20min drive away! We are located about 5.8 miles from University Of MD Hospital, and close to about 3 other Major Hospitals in Washington, DC. The FedEx Field is only a small 10min drive away! Enjoy a night out on the town, uptown to be exact, at U st Cardoza or Adam’s Morgan which are 22-27mins away!
